(06:50) Salinas – A man was caught steeling from a 7-11 in Salinas on Christmas day. The incident took place on the 1300 block of North Main Street. Police found 41 year-old Lloyd Frazier with a garbage bag full of candy and beer. Frazier was booked into the Monterey County Jail.
