(07:45) Salinas – Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision in Salinas last night. The driver responsible for the collision was 30 year-old Javiar Gonzalez. Police reported that while they were conducting their investigation they were approached by citizens who informed the officers that Gonzalez had struck three other parked cars on the 300 block of Chaparral Street. Gonzalez was booked into county jail on four counts of hit and run and DUI.
