(09:25) Hollister – The western-themed mural in downtown Hollister was vandalized. The Mural was created in 2015 by four local artists. The Mural was made possible by the Community Foundation of San Bento County and private donations. The four artists also donated their time and supplies. Investigators say the vandal posted pictures of his graffiti work on social media; HIS NAME is Miguel, 20–years- old and known to be a serial graffiti tagger who lives in Los Angeles
