(09:50) Salinas – A man was shot twice by two other men in Salinas last night. The incident took place just before 12:30 on the 900 block of Rider Avenue. The 21 year-old victim reported that he was sitting in his car when he was approached by two men who asked him where he was from. The two gunman opened fire shooting him twice in the torso. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
