(08:20) Santa Cruz – New evidence was released in court last Friday, for the double fatal crash that took place on Highway 1 last March. The 20 year-old UCSC student Lynnea Hernandez faces charges of causing a double fatal crash while she was driving on Highway 1 near Molera Road in Moss Landing. A snapchat social media video shows Hernandez singing, dancing, and holding a marijuana pipe. The video was taken minutes before Hernandez’s SUV crossed over a double yellow line into oncoming traffic. The SUV hit a car head on killing 24 year-old Nikolas Malliarodakis of Prundale. The crash also killed one of Hernandez’s passengers 20 year-old Lillianne Scott.
