(07:47) CAPITOLA – A woman has filed a sexual harassment suit against a former manager of a Capitola restaurant. 29-year-old Kayla Andrews alleges that 45-year-old Scott Wetsel touched her inappropriately while working at Paradise Beach Grille. The suit also accuses Wetsel of sexual battery, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and retaliation. The investigation is ongoing. Both sides, their lawyers, and a judge will meet to discuss the case on March 23. (S.G.)
