(08:50) Santa Cruz – A GoFundMe fundraiser has been set up for the family who lost their father and husband in a shooting earlier this week. 28 year-old Santiago Sanchez was allegedly shot and killed by 31 year-old Jose Ramos Tuesday afternoon on North Rodeo Gulch Road and Soquel Drive in Soquel. The fundraiser was created by Soquel Elementary School’s Home and School Club. Community members are also encouraged to bring gifts, messages, and cash donations to the Soquel Elementary school’s office. The address is 2700 porter Street. The GoFundMe fundraiser has raised over 2-thousand dollars from 44 donors. The goal is to reach 5-thousand dollars.
