(08:14) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A truck driver involved in a fatal accident on Highway 17 has been sentenced for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. In July 2014, 25-year-old Ravinderpal Singh lost control of his truck and collided with several vehicles. 25-year-old Daniel McGuire of Santa Cruz died in the crash. Singh pleaded no contest in October and has been sentenced to 400 hours of community service. (S.G.)
