(10:15) Monterey – The 2nd annual Tuba Christmas performance was held over the weekend in Monterey. The Golden State Theatre event featured 50 musicians of all skill levels. Tuba Christmas is popular world wide. The free event had about 150 attendees last year and this year that number grew to 900. During the performance the conductor shared the history of Tuba Christmas as well as talked about the instruments.
