(18:53) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz will be implementing a holiday parking program next week. Starting on December 18th the city will host its 2nd annual Parking for Hope program. The program donates proceeds collected during an eight day period to the Hope Services organization. Hope Services provides training and services to the developmentally disabled. Last year the city donated $21,000 dollars to the organization.
