(08:07) APTOS – A ceremony is being held in Aptos Thursday afternoon to celebrate the completion of Seacliff Village Park. The 1.25-acre park took over a decade to complete and is the first park in the Seacliff Village neighborhood. The site features a lighthouse-themed playground, picnic tables, and public art. The park dedication will be held at 1 p.m., rain or shine, at McGregor and Sea Ridge drives. (S.G.)
