1 person is dead, and another has been arrested in connection with a head-on crash near Hollister yesterday. The afternoon crash occurred on Highway 156 between Fairview and San Felipe. One driver was declared dead at the scene, while the other driver (who is believed to have been intoxicated at the time of the accident) was arrested.
