The name of the man, who was hit and killed by a vehicle last week in Santa Cruz, has been released. 73-year-old San Bruno resident Dennis Neal was walking with his wife when the car that 24-year-old Robert Wright (who had a blood alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit, while he was driving near West Cliff Drive and Bay Street) hit Neal. Neal was declared dead at the scene. He and his wife (who was not hit in the Thursday evening fatal accident) were vacationing in Santa Cruz at the time.
