A Carmel Valley teenager has pleaded Not Guilty to Vehicular Manslaughter While Intoxicated….and other charges. 18 year-old Margot McNally is accused of driving drunk on Carmel Valley Road when she lost control of her car and it crashed head-on into oncoming traffic. Her 16 year-old passenger (Annabelle Vanderbroucke) suffered fatal injuries in the accident, and died a number of days later. McNally has been ordered to wear an alcohol-monitoring-device….and not drink alcohol. Because she is under 21 years-old, ANY amount of alcohol in her system at all counts as a D.U.I.
