Cultivation Coming To W-Ville 01/17/18B 16:45 S.S.

Watsonville  city  council-members  have  approved  the  cultivation  and  manufacturing  of  recreational  cannabis….but  marijuana  dispensaries  are  still  not  allowed  in  Watsonville.    There  are  7  licensed  cultivators  and  manufacturers.
