A man was hospitalized after he suffered major head injuries in Salinas this morning. The victim, who did not have any identification on him at the time, was hit by a car just after 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of West Laurel Drive and Legion (a block west of North Main Street). Anyone with information on the man’s identity is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
