A recent poll by the institute of governmental studies at UC Berkeley indicates a large gap between whites and people of color regarding the economic and health impacts of the novel corona virus.
According to the poll… 72 percent of the black, Latin x and Asian residents surveyed said Covid-19 has had a negative impact on their health and ability to pay for basics like food and rent.
By comparison only 16-percent of the whites surveyed say they are negatively impacted by the virus.
