When they meet tomorrow night, Scotts Valley city council members are set to discuss the construction of some condominiums. The housing would be built behind Chef Liu’s restaurant on Scotts Valley Drive. The city council meeting is slated to begin at 6 p.m. in Scotts Valley City Hall. The public hearing portion of the meeting is due to begin at 6:30 p.m.
