Tomorrow will be a busy day for the Santa Cruz city council. Council members will consider a proposal to require landlords to provide financial relocation assistance when they significantly increase a tenant’s rent and the tenant decides to move out.
The council is also expected to decide on the plan for a new library and parking facility downtown.
