Due to issues with missing, or mis-labeled, documents, the trial for Charles Holifield has been delayed. He is accused of the 1998 kidnapping and death of 13 year-old Christina Marie Williams……who was kidnapped while she was walking her dog, not far from her home on the former fort ord. Holifield’s trial, which was scheduled to begin next month, has now been re-scheduled to begin in march of next year.
Holifield has been convicted of sexually assaulting 2 teenage girls 15 years before he allegedly kidnapped Christina Marie Williams….and he is currently serving 25 years-to-life for attempting to kidnap (and make criminal threats against) a woman (3 months after allegedly kidnapping and murdering Christina Marie Williams).
