Charges Dropped 10/24/18A 08:06 3 S.S.

Charges  have  been  dropped,  and  the  case  against  a  Salinas  school  bus  driver  has  been  dismissed.    That  all  happened  a  week  before  the  preliminary  hearing  against  Gary  Harlan  Thelander…..because  of  insufficient  evidence  against  him.
