A Carmel couple is in the process of purchasing 3 of the most recognized restaurants in the Monterey area. Ken & Mona Donkersloot said they bought Montrio Bistro, Tarpey’s Roadhouse and the Rio Grill because they are ‘local institutions’….and they plan to keep them that way. Curbside service is expected to resume this Friday at all 3 restaurants.
