CENTRAL VALLEY AMBER-ALERT LIFTED 03-09-11 07:00 a.v.

An Amber-Alert issued out of the Central Valley yesterday, has been lifted after a missing baby and his mother were found safe last night. The 8-month old boy and his 18-year old mother were found in the town of Poplar with the woman’s boyfriend, who allegedly abducted them. A Tulare County Sheriff say 23-year old Pedro Mosqueda was arrested after Sebastian Mosqueda and his mother, Monserrat Caracoza, were kidnapped out of Porterville, a town a few miles east of where they were found.
