A Carmel man was arrested yesterday on suspicion of car theft and drug possession. Police pulled over 23-year-old Casey Lee Kenyon on Highway 1 at Ocean Avenue after spotting him driving a stolen vehicle. Kenyon was found hiding meth in his lap. He was arrested and booked into Monterey County Jail. At the time of his arrest, Kenyon was on felony probation.
