Seniors at Carmel High School are using their “senior prank” to support their embattled principal. Hundreds of posters supporting Principal Rick Lopez showed up on campus Tuesday. Lopez is said to be losing his position this year.
The school district would not comment on the reassignment of Lopez, except to say a fresh perspective is being sought. The protesting students say they want a better answer as to why their beloved principal might be going to another school.
