A Capitola woman who injured a police officer following a high-speed pursuit appeared in court yesterday for sentencing. 25-year-old Felecia Bica hit a patrol car after leading police on a chase down Clares Street in July 2012. Bica was found driving with a suspended license and was in possession of methamphetamine, as well as an item she stole from Capitola Mall. She was sentenced to eight years in prison.
