A meeting on the future of the Capitola Mall was held on Wednesday. Community members met with city officials and mall owners at city hall. Owner and developer Merlone Geier announced that they will be conducting a public survey to help determine possible uses. At the meeting some of the uses discussed included residential housing, hotels, and destination businesses suh as a Cineplex.
