Temporary repairs are believed to have stabilized the Capitola Wharf enough to re-open it to the public this morning. That’s ahead of tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday’s King Tides. Final repairs will still need to be done to the Capitola Wharf, however, those plans are still being developed.
