A 2-vehicle accident, near the intersection of River and Coral Streets in Santa Cruz, this afternoon, snarled traffic for the afternoon commute. The minor-injury accident between a car and a Santa Cruz Metro Bus took place about 3:30 p.m., and although the accident was cleared by about 5 p.m., it stayed congested for a while. The person in the car suffered only minor injuries. No one in the Metro Bus was injured.
