(17:51)BIG SUR- A Big Sur motorist was arrested on attempted homicide charges on Wednesday. The incident took place at 9 a.m. on Highway 1 near Fernwood Resort where a driver began ramming the car in front of him. The cars pulled over and police were called as the aggressive driver, described as hysterical, claimed his daughter was in the trunk of the car he was following. 38 year old Fabricio Ortega was taken into custody jail for attempted murder, being under the influence of drugs, and possessing methamphetamine.
