The CHP is reporting that a Boulder Creek pedestrian was struck by a tow truck Sunday evening. The incident took place when a 60 year old man attempted to cross Highway 9 near El Solyo Heights when he was struck by the southbound tow truck. The injured man was transported to Stanford Hospital. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be a factor in the accident, which remains under investigation.
