The owners of a young bay colt, that was found wandering the streets of Watsonville early yesterday, is being sought. The young horse was seen on Harrington Road around 1 a.m. The S.P.C.A. for Monterey County is currently caring for the colt, and anyone with information about his owner is encouraged to call them at (831) 373-2631.
