(09:40) San Jose – A man was shot and killed during a robbery yesterday in San Jose. The shooting took place at liquor store inside a strip mall at Quimby and White roads. The store owner, 57 year-old Hieu Ly, was shot by the gunman when he refused to open the register. The gunman fled the scene on foot. This is the city’s 17th homicide of the year.
