(07:20) Officers responding to a call of harassment located the suspect and arrested him. Yesterday officers located 19 year-old Jonathan Orozco on Clay Street and Cayuga Street in Salinas. Orozco reportedly sent a female threatening messages. A search of Orozco uncovered a loaded handgun concealed in his waistband. Orozco was booked at the Monterey County Jail.
