(04:43) SALINAS – A 20 year-old man was shot and killed early this morning in Salinas. The just-before-1 a-m shooting occurred somewhere between the first block of Soledad Street, and where his body was found (on the first block of Bridge Street). It was the 9th shooting in Salinas this month, and the 27th homicide of the year.
