(17:00) SANTA CRUZ – A body, that was recovered from the ocean off of Its Beach today, has been taken to the Santa Cruz County Coroner’s Office. That after a caller reported a “body or mannequin” floating in the kelp bed, in a cove not far from Steamer’s Lane.
