(9:38) MOSS LANDING- A Monterey County jury found a man guilty of D-U-I in connection with a May 8th crash near Moss Landing. #2 year old Pedro Hernandez was found guilty of driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, when he lost control of his vehicle and rolled several times. The crash left him with multiple cervical spine fractures. It was Hernandez’s 3rd D-U-I conviction
