(18:39) APTOS- Santa Cruz County work crews will begin a two day project on Freedom Boulevard on Monday. Crews will start installing Monument Boxes between Hames Road and Highway 1 at *:30 a.m. and continue daily until 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Motorists should be prepared for delays of up to 15 minutes.
