(08:00) Salinas – The man who caused a fatal accident in Salinas on Tuesday was reportedly high on methamphetamine and marijuana. 31-year-old Jose Luis Aguilar’s car hit another while he was switching lanes at a high speed. Aguilar crashed into car that had a 78-year-old woman in it. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Aguilar faces possible CHARGES of vehicular manslaughter and DUI causing death.
