(18:17) SANTA CRUZ – The sentencing for a Santa Cruz man, who pleaded guilty to felony drug manufacturing, has been delayed. 28 year-old Gennady Tsarinsky was badly burned in a 2013 hash oil explosion, in a garage on 3rd Street. He faces up to 7 years in prison, when he is sentenced.
The trial for his 3 co-defendants is set to begin September 30th. 2 of them were also injured in the explosion (that blew out the windows of the garage, and scorched several nearby balconies).
