(18:04) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz County work crews will be starting a road improvement project on Tuesday. The work will take place on El Rancho Drive between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will continue through October. Motorists should find alternate routes or be prepared for delays of up to 20 minutes.
