(16:46) SALINAS – The names of the 2 people killed recently in Salinas have been released. 17 year-old Salinas resident Damien Figueroa was shot and killed august 3rd, while he was on the 1100 block of “C” street in Salinas; and on August 8th 35 year-old Salinas resident Hugo Martin Torres was shot and killed in Gonzales Alley (near Gabilan Street). Anyone with information about either fatal shooting is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department or call the We Tip Crime Line at 1-800-78-crime.
