(08:00) Salinas – The Salinas Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding an at risk missing person. 78 year-old Ubaldo Barraza was last seen leaving his residence on the 1500 block of Antelope Drive around 6:00 last night. Barraza suffers from advanced Alzheimer’s. Barraza is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. A picture of Barraza can be seen on the Salinas Police Department’s Facebook Page. Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact authorities.
