(17:04) SOBERANES FIRE – A 3rd Command Post has been established for firefighters working to contain the more than 63-square mile Soberanes Fire. The first command post is at Toro Park, the second at the Rancho Canada Golf Club off Carmel Valley Road, and the newest one is in Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park off Highway 1.
