(16:49) SALINAS – The 19th homicide in Salinas occurred early this morning (monday). 28 year-old Manuel Hoyos was found in his car around 1:15 this morning. He had suffered fatal gunshot wounds, and succumbed to those at the scene. Anyone with any information about this shooting is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
