An at-risk Salinas resident was reported missing over the weekend, and he is still missing. Salinas police officers say that 73 year-old Felix Rodriguez was last seen on Saturday….leaving his home on the 300 block of East Laurel Drive. He is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing approximately 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Rodriguez, who reportedly suffers from early stage Dementia, is known to frequent the Northridge Mall In Salinas, and has been known to travel to San Jose.
