An arrest warrant has been issued for a Santa Cruz man who is believed to have killed his mother. 43 year-old Kasey Gaskell is suspected of stabbing his mother in his front street apartment Monday morning. 66 year-old Shannon Magner’s body was found in Gaskell’s apartment. Anyone with any information on Gaskell’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Police Department.
