SOQUEL – An Aptos man was arrested this morning after he fought with a law enforcement officer. 39 year-old Daniel Harpe had a large amount of cash, as well as methamphetamine and a gun in his car during the scuffled. Harpe was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
