(22:30) SALINAS – A teenager was shot and killed in Salinas this morning. 17 year-old Felipe Rocha Sandoval was declared dead at the scene (outside the front door of an apartment on the 900 block of Acosta Plaza). Anyone with information about the 11:20 a-m shooting is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department. It was the 10th homicide in Salinas so far this year.
