(06:41) SALINAS – Police are looking for a man who inappropriately touched a 4-year-old girl in Salinas Tuesday night. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. at the Walmart on North Davis Road. The man was last seen running out of the store towards the Auto Mall. He has been described as a Hispanic male in his early 40s and around 5-foot-5-inches tall. He was wearing a dark blue jacket, jeans, and a blue baseball cap. Anyone with information is to contact Salinas police. (S.G.)
